Order Processing

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing Time: 1-2 Business Days

Processing time is when we are checking your order. Verifying your order looks correct choosing the best shipping company to sent your goods to you. Also we do quality check and packaging.

During high-demand periods (holiday sales, restocking periods, or promotional events), processing may take 2–3 business days.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Time: 3-5 Business Days

Shipping time is when your items have been dispatched from our warehouse. You will receive an Order Confirmation email once you place the order. When the product is shipped, you will immediately receive a tracking number from the shipping company, which will be active within 24 hours. This will let you know where the goods are and how long it will take. Items usually take between 3-5 business days to arrive at their destination. The timeframe is for only (US, CA). Please allow 2-3 weeks shipping to other countries. Shipping times can be affected by variable customs clearance times or holidays.

We ship our items using the exact address/information that is provided to us at the time of checkout and cannot make any changes during the transit once items have been shipped out. Please make sure that you have the full and correct information and provide us with as much detail as possible (phone number, email address, etc) to ensure timely and safe delivery.

Where Your Order Ships From

To ensure faster delivery, we ship from multiple regional warehouses, including:

  • United States
  • Canada
  • Germany (for EU orders)

Your order will be dispatched from the nearest available warehouse based on product availability and destination.

Because of this, different carriers may be used, including FedEx, UPS, USPS, Purolator, Amazon Logistics, or DHL.

Taxes & Duties

Please note that our products do not charge any taxes in the United States and Canada.

*It's possible that in some cases, your order may be subject to taxes. But as we have no control over these charges, we can’t tell you what the cost might be; customs policies vary widely from country to country. If you're not sure, please check your home country's import tax policies. Our shipping covers fees that delivery to you, but does not include local duties or taxes at the point of import; these are your responsibility as per our terms of service. We will include the necessary documents for customs control with your parcel, but your country's assessment of these documents, the time it takes, and the import taxes charged are out of our control.

Tracking your order

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped. If you still have not received the tracking information within 5 business days, please Contact Us.

After shipment, tracking numbers may take 12–24 hours to activate in the carrier’s system.

If your tracking link shows “Label Created” or “Pending”, it simply means the carrier has received the shipping information and the package is waiting to be scanned.

Please allow 1 business day for the first tracking update.

My tracking says "No information available at the moment."

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If tracking information is not available, please try again later. Please rest assured that the estimated shipping time is valid regardless of the update of the tracking website.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

Address Changes

If you need to modify your shipping address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.

Once the order has been processed or shipped, we may no longer be able to change the address.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as Delivered by the carrier, it becomes the responsibility of the recipient.

If your tracking shows Delivered but you cannot locate the package, we recommend:

  • Checking around your property
  • Asking neighbors or building management
  • Contacting the carrier directly

If you still cannot locate your package, please contact us and we will help investigate the issue.
