30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy for all trampoline purchases. If you are not completely satisfied with your trampoline, you may return it within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including all original packaging and accessories.

1-Year Frame Warranty

Our trampolines come with a 1-year warranty on the frame. This warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. If a defect arises and a valid claim is received within the warranty period, we will either repair the defect or replace the frame at no extra charge.

2-Year Accessory Warranty

We also provide a 2-year warranty on all trampoline accessories. This includes parts such as the safety enclosure, padding, and springs. Should any of these components fail due to manufacturing defects within the warranty period, we will replace the defective part free of charge.

ASTM-F381-16 Certification
