Customer satisfaction is our top priority! If you are not satisfied with your purchase from Kensone Trampoline, please review the following information.
Returns (if applicable)
Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt if they meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
- Include all original packaging and accessories (warranty cards, manuals, etc.).
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- The item is damaged, broken, or twisted upon arrival.
- The received product size/color is incorrect.
Non-refundable Situations
Items that have been opened and used are non-refundable. Items received over 30 days ago are also non-refundable.
Return Process
- Send an email to us with the reason for the refund and evidence of damage (photos or videos).
- We will review your request.
- If approved, we will notify you via email and provide refund details.
- Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method.
Note: Ensure photos/videos are taken at close range under good lighting for verification purposes.
Refund Timeline
- Refunds may be processed up to 2 business days after we receive the returned item.
- Refunds will be credited to your bank account via the original payment method within 7-15 days of approval
- If you haven't received a refund, check your bank account again or contact your bank.
Damage or Error Orders
If your item arrives damaged or with an error, contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement and cover return postage.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We will confirm delivery details and if your shipment was not delivered, we will prioritize and reship your order.
Return Shipping Fee
- If the return is due to the consumer, the consumer is responsible for the shipping fee.
- If the goods are damaged or incorrect due to our reasons, we will cover the shipping fee.
24-Hours Cancellation/Modification Period
- We accept order cancellations or modifications within 24 hours of placing the order.
- If canceled within this period, you will receive a full refund.
- Orders cannot be canceled or modified after this period.
