Just a Bouncin

I love my Kensone! Got the 48" and the extra space is GREAT (I have a smaller rebounder as well). It was easy to put together, simply unfold and screw on the legs (I dont need the bar). The bounce isn't too soft nor is it too jarring. This one is perfect for this grasshopper 😉

GREAT TRAMPOLINE

SO HAPPY WITH THIS TRANPOLINE, ESPECIALLY THAT IT COMES ALREADY ASSEMBLED WITH THE CORDS IN PLACE. I WAS ABLE TO UNFOLD IT BY MYSELF (73 yrs of age), EVEN THOUGH IT SAYS USE 2 PEOPLE TO UNFOLD AND THE LEGS WERE SO EASY TO SCREW IN. NO PROBLEMS! SINCE I AM A BGINNER, I USE IT 3X A DAY FOR ONLY FIVE MINUTES, BASICALLY EVERY 4 HOURS, AND WILL BULD UP FROM THERE. IT MAKES ME FEEL VERY ENERGIZED AFTER THE 5 MINUTES WORKOUT.
I DO 1 MINUTE LOW BOUNCING, THEN 1 MINUTE LOW JUMPING, THEN 1 MINUTE HIGH JUMPING, THEN LOW JUMPING AGAIN AND END THE LAST MINUTE VERY LOW BOUNCING. I TRIED IT BOTH EAYS, WITHOUT SHOES AND WITH SHOES AND I FIND WITH SHOES IS BETTER BECAUSE WITHOUT SHOES MY FEET WERE HURTING AFTER A FEW HOURS. WITH SHOES ON, NO PAIN IN FEET.
